We offer free standard courier delivery within Singapore for orders over SGD $80. For orders below $80, a flat fee of $2.80 applies.

Need it sooner? Express next-business-day delivery is available, upon request & approval at $18 (orders must be placed by 2pm).

All orders are processed within 5 business days before being handed over to our courier partners. In the rare event that processing exceeds this timeframe, we will notify you promptly via email.

Should there be any delay, we will contact you directly via phone or email to confirm the updated delivery timeline.

• Our courier will contact you directly on the day of delivery. Please ensure someone is present at the delivery address to receive the parcel.
• Two delivery attempts will be made.
• Re-delivery fee of $3.80 will apply for parcels returned due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
• Deliveries to Sentosa will incur an additional $15 surcharge.
