We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Note:

  • Personalized items (with names printed) are not eligible for return unless defective or wrong item.
  • Sale items are not eligible for return.

How to Request a Return:

To initiate a return, please email us at contact@awooclub.com within 12 days of receiving your item. We will respond within 3 business days with the next steps and return instructions.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition – unused, unwashed, with original tags and labels still attached.
  • All items will be checked to ensure they meet these conditions before we proceed with any return.
  • Returns must be shipped back to us via post. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect or defective.
  • Once the return is approved and received, refunds will be issued strictly in store credits.

Defective or Wrong Item?

We carefully inspect every order before shipping, but in the unlikely event you receive a wrong or defective item, please contact us within 12 days of receiving your package so we can make it right.

Please send us your order number, description of defect/wrong order and attach supporting image(s).

If the item you ordered is no longer in stock, we will issue a full refund.
