Each piece is made to order. Our production lead time is 3 to 5 working days, excluding weekends, public holidays, and shipping.

• Use cold or lukewarm water (no more than 30°C) to preserve the natural fibers. 
• Choose a gentle or delicate cycle on your washing machine. 
• Opt for a mild, baby-safe detergent that is free of harsh chemicals, dyes, and fragrances. 
• Air drying is recommended to maintain the softness and prevent shrinkage. 
• If using a dryer, select a low heat setting. 
• Store in a cool, dry place, folded or hung.
